Beyond TV is a very good program that allows you to watch and record TV on your PC. Not only does it offer you the possibility of watching TV but it also offers you advanced features such as preview, repeat and record.

Repeat the last 7 seconds you have watched as well as thirty seconds repetitions.

It includes a tool called SmartSkip that allows you, among other things, to skip advertising. BeyondTV integrates programation guides, also known as EPG. Its simple user-friendly interface lets you browse your TV listings, record shows, and watch live TV from your PC

Finally, it supports HD quality and allows you to burn DVDs on the fly, convert videos and make them to be supported by different devices, for example a Pocket PC.
